What you are purchasing

A ReplayStream subscription gives you access to our recording service and a private cloud storage allowance for the recordings you create. You are paying for the service and the storage — not for any specific content, which remains owned by its respective rights holders.

Plans and pricing

Prices, storage allowances, and plan features are shown at checkout. Prices are in the currency displayed and may exclude taxes, which are added where required by law.

Billing and payment

• Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor over a secure connection; we do not store your full card details.
• Subscriptions are billed in advance for the applicable period (for example, monthly or yearly).

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will charge your payment method for each renewal unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Price changes

We may change prices or plan features. We will give reasonable notice of any increase that would affect your renewals, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
