Privacy

We keep things simple. We collect minimal data and do not sell it to third parties. No invasive analytics, no advertising tracking. Your privacy matters to us.
ReplayStream.com is the data controller responsible for your personal data. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices, you can contact us at:
When you create an account, we store:
That is it.
Under the GDPR, we process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
For paid subscriptions, we use Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe collects and processes your payment information directly. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
Stripe's privacy policy can be found at: stripe.com/privacy
We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or behavioral tracking tools. We do not run trackers, cookies for advertising, fingerprinting beacons, or session replay. The only data we log about your activity is described in the View & Download Logging section below — and you can delete it at any time.
Each time you view a recording or download a video file, we log the event against your account. Each log entry includes your IP address, account ID (if logged in), an anonymous device fingerprint, and the recording you accessed. We do not log playback position, watch time, or behavioral patterns — only that an access occurred.
We log every authenticated view and download regardless of subscription tier — basic, premium, champion, admin. For anonymous visitors, we use a device-fingerprint cookie instead of an account ID. This data exists to: (1) enforce the 5-view limit for free and anonymous viewers, (2) detect credit-card disputes by proving authorized account usage, (3) detect account-sharing by spotting multiple distinct IPs accessing the same account.
This data is never shared with third parties and is never used for advertising. You can delete every view and download log tied to your account at any time from Settings → Privacy & Tracking Data. After deletion, new views and downloads will start being logged again.
We retain your data only as long as necessary:
Our servers are located in Europe. Your data is processed and stored in compliance with GDPR requirements. We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) unless necessary for service provision (e.g., Stripe payment processing) and with appropriate safeguards in place.
We do not sell your data to anyone. We only share data with:
We do not use third-party advertising networks or sell your personal information.
We use only essential cookies necessary for the website to function properly:
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. The access control cookie is strictly necessary to operate our freemium service.
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. For view and download logs specifically, you can also clear them yourself from Settings → Privacy & Tracking Data.
Our Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at [email protected], and we will take steps to delete such information from our systems.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption, secure servers, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
To delete your account, go to Settings then Delete Account.
Once deleted, all your data is permanently removed from our servers. This action cannot be undone.
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, your data, or your rights, please contact us:
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (such as the Danish Data Protection Agency - Datatilsynet) if you believe your data protection rights have been violated.
If we update this policy, we will post changes here with a new date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
