ReplayStream provides an automated, user-directed recording and storage service. ReplayStream does not own, host a public library of, curate, select, promote, or distribute any third-party video, audio, or media content. We provide the mechanism; you decide how to use it.

You direct every recording

Nothing is recorded unless you initiate it. Like a personal DVR, you choose which streams to record, and ReplayStream simply carries out your instruction. Each recording is stored privately for the user who created it and is not shared with, or accessible to, any other person.

Personal, private use only

ReplayStream is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the service for unlawful copying, public redistribution, resale, commercial exploitation, or any other unauthorized use of protected content.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of ReplayStream:

• complies with all applicable laws and regulations;
• complies with the terms, rules, and licences of the platforms and creators whose streams you record;
• respects the intellectual-property, privacy, and other rights of content owners and third parties; and
• is limited to content you are permitted to record and keep for personal use.

We do not condone infringement

ReplayStream does not support, encourage, or condone copyright infringement or any unlawful activity. If you do not have the right to record or store a particular stream, you must not use ReplayStream to do so. We respond to valid rights-holder notices — see our DMCA policy.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. ReplayStream is not liable for how you choose to use the service, for any content you record, or for any action taken against your accounts on third-party platforms.
